Before scheduling our services, we ask you to review our terms and conditions and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to discuss those with us prior to scheduling.
Pricing and Estimates
Good faith estimates will be provided to the customer prior to scheduling recycling services. Estimates are calculated based on provided information regarding pool capacity/size and by chemical readings requested. Our office will provide as accurate an estimate as possible, however, the onsite chemical evaluation performed by a technician will provide the most precise estimate possible.
Our pricing is divided into two tiers: Fixed Charges and Recycling. Fixed charges include trip charge, including the set-up and breakdown of our equipment and the chemical test before recycling begins. The recycling charges include the labor and materials necessary to recycle your pool water, and charges for responsibly disposing of the material removed from the water. Our waste products are processed in accordance with Federal, State and Local EPA guidelines.

Payment Processing
Unless you direct otherwise, we will charge your card for recycling services after our services have been rendered. Upon completion of service you may pay for services via cash, check or card. Simply let our technicians know of your wishes when they arrive. When we confirm your appointment, the fixed charges for travel and set up will be processed at that time. The trip charge/set up charge is not refundable once the technician has arrived at your home. That being said, we will ask for a credit card prior to confirming service appointments (in our disclaimer). Our merchant service provider is Square; Regenaqua doesn’t retain either electronically or physically in our system/operations, your credit card information. Upon completion, should you choose to charge your services, we will process that through Square. It may appear as a second charge for service on your statement. We respect you and the security of your information. We will not store your payment information.
Consent Paperwork
Due to the nature of our service, we require the customer to be present onsite while we recycle your swimming pool. Upon arrival, a technician will present the customer with consent paperwork. This serves as authorization for us to be present on the property and perform the service as requested. In order for our technicians to proceed, the authorization must be signed by the homeowner.
